Get to know your photographer

As a kid, I never quite enjoyed having my picture taken. It always felt like a disruption to what I really wanted to be doing—playing! But everything changed when I was ten years old and my grandpa passed away. I’ll never forget the day my mom asked my sister and me to stop playing during a visit to our grandparents so we could take a photo with Grandpa. It wasn’t exactly my idea of fun—I was pouting while they smiled, but little did I know, that would be my last photo with him. That moment shifted my entire perspective on photography. From then on, I embraced every opportunity to be in front of the camera.

Over the years, my love for photography grew, and it blossomed even more when our first daughter was born. Now, I cherish every photo, and I’m excited to capture the fleeting moments that tell a family’s unique story. My mission is to make sure families—especially kids—don’t dread having their picture taken the way I did. I want to create fun, timeless portraits that reflect the true personalities and emotions of each season in life.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me soaking up every moment with my three girls, embracing the chaos and joy that comes with being a girl mom. I love monthly date nights my husband and I schedule intentionally, where we can unwind and connect away from the busy season as parents of three littles. Whether it’s enjoying time together as a family, a little retail therapy, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine on a summer evening, these moments are what inspire me most. I’m deeply connected to the love and memories we create, and that passion drives me to capture the same for others.
